We currently ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, the GCC, and select international destinations. Orders may dispatch from Kuwait or a partner fulfillment location, depending on inventory.

Order Processing

• Handling time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).
• Orders placed after 13:00 GMT (08:00 EST) process the next business day.
• You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Carriers

We use DHL, UPS, FedEx (and trusted postal partners when applicable). The exact carrier is chosen automatically based on your destination and service level.

All standard services are tracked. Delivery times are estimates and exclude processing time and customs delays.

United States

• Standard (Tracked): $10 flat, 5–7 business days
• Express: Calculated at checkout, 3–5 business days
• Free Shipping: $80+ orders (cart subtotal after discounts)

Notes (US): Orders valued under $800 typically enter duty-free per de minimis rules. Local/state taxes or courier fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility if collected at checkout or upon delivery.

United Kingdom

• Standard (Tracked): £8 flat, 5–7business days
• Express: Calculated at checkout, 3–5 business days
• Free Shipping: Orders £65+ (≈ $80)

Notes (UK): VAT and duties (if applicable) may be charged by the carrier on delivery unless prepaid at checkout.

European Union

• Standard (Tracked): €9 flat, 5–7business days
• Express: Calculated at checkout, 3–5 business days
• Free Shipping: Orders €75+ (≈ $80)

Notes (EU): VAT/IOSS and duties (if applicable) may be collected by the carrier on delivery unless prepaid at checkout, depending on your country’s rules.

• Express: Calculated at checkout, 1–3 business days
• Free Shipping: $80+ orders or equivalent in local currency

Rest of World (selected countries)

• Standard (Tracked): $10 flat (shown at checkout), 7–10 business days
• Express: Calculated at checkout, 3–7 business days
• Free Shipping: $80+ orders

Currency: Prices show in your local currency in supported markets; otherwise in USD. Free-shipping thresholds are $80 or the equivalent (£65 / €75).

Customs, Taxes & Duties

• International shipments may be subject to import taxes, VAT, duties, and handling fees. These are determined by your country’s customs authority and, unless prepaid at checkout, are payable by the recipient to the carrier on delivery.
• Delivery estimates exclude time held at customs.

Address & Delivery

• We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses via express couriers; please provide a physical address.
• If a delivery is refused or undeliverable due to an incorrect address, shipping charges (and any return fees) may be deducted from refunds.
• Signature on delivery may be required for high-value orders.

Split Shipments & Pre-orders

To speed up delivery, items may ship separately at no extra cost. Pre-order items show an estimated ship window on the product page and ship when available.

Delays & Holidays

Weather events, carrier backlogs, public holidays, and customs inspections can extend transit times. We’ll support you promptly if a carrier delay occurs.

Return window: You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery via our Returns Portal (link in your account and footer).
Condition: Items must be unused, free of excessive wear, and resellable. Pack securely and use the label generated by the portal within 7 days of issuance.
Exclusions: Gift cards; customized/engraved items; items marked Final Sale. For hygiene, earrings or body-contact items are returnable only if unopened and in their original sealed packaging (where applicable).
Wrong/Damaged items: Report within 5 days of delivery with clear photos + packaging SKU label. Upon approval, we replace like-for-like.

Refund method: Unless stated otherwise below, approved returns are refunded to the original payment method. Original shipping is non-refundable except where we are at fault. Refused/undeliverable parcels without prior coordination may incur reasonable shipping/restocking fees.

Processing times: We aim to process refunds within 7 business days of warehouse receipt/acceptance. If you don’t see an update, check your inbox (including spam) or email support@ferminastore.com with your order number.

EU/UK statutory rights (cooling-off): If you are an EU/UK consumer, you also have a 14-day right to withdraw from the day after delivery under applicable law. We will reimburse all payments received, including the least-cost standard delivery, within 14 days of being informed, but we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or proof of return—whichever is earlier. This statutory right doesn’t apply to unsealed hygiene items (e.g., earrings once unsealed) or customized goods, as permitted by law. Where local law grants you stronger rights than our policy, your local rights prevail.

How to return

2. Select the order/item → generate your label.
3. Pack securely → hand to the designated carrier.
4. We’ll notify you upon acceptance and process your refund.
